Knowledge is Power. You stat with one though, become aware and you will be able to make the right decisions. You will headed in the right direction. We want to transmit this knowledge as much as we can.
Let’s start with the definition of “Food” . In the dictionary this is “any nourishing substance that is eaten, drunk, or otherwise taken into the body to sustain life, provide energy, promote growth, etc.”
Then, the question is how do you choose your food and water? Certainly because it will sustain your own life, and a good life by definition. What kind of food do you need, how much and why. What is the influence of the water, and any drinks we may drink in our daily life? Sound complicated? Being responsible looks always more complicated but we got so much more in exchange. Are you sure of the result of your food choices, and long term consequences of your daily choices … I don’t know about you, but the education about nutrition has not been accurate, so many wrong concept have been taught in the past 20 years. They are not important as History or Mathematics. Even the government try his best to manage what is happening. Did you know that some pesticides are forbidden in USA and are sold to other countries, who re-import the vegetables grown with these the same chemicals forbidden in US… This is crazy!
To start, let’s talk about few principals already established. The scientific word has already confirm that food with chemical preservation methods, and grow with pesticide or other chemicals will cause ill health and will looses its enzymes and nutritional value (this has been measured, described, confirmed and amazingly is still exist in our food chain today).
Another fact: food heated above 115F, loses its enzymes and nutriments value as well.
Another fact and this one is the most important: Human Body is made of 70 to 90% of water. We already discovered the conciseness of the water: Water has a memory. Any substance in contact or anything around will influence the water. It will leave a trace within the organization of the molecules of Water (the structure of Water). This structure is where all these information are recoded and stored . Pictures of these multiple structures are observed and we start to understand and experiment. To grow food with structured water, will give much better result than regular water. On our blood it shows an influence within 10 minutes after we drink only a cup of that water, we can see by microscope the difference on our red cells…. So watch out first the water you drink, and second, being made of 70 to 90% of water , we need to care very much about the food we put in our mouth (and our thoughts since we are listing the elements to control,).
